Jonathan or any trainers who have trainers working for them, what is the scope of your trainers duties? Is it just the running of classes? I was thinking of the daily duties I do: - Run the classes - Inbound for prospects - Closing - Cleaning the gym - following up with current clients on nutrition - marketing I was curious what are things that you delegate to your team of trainers vs what should be handled only by you, the owner. For example nutrition. Do you let your trainers follow up with the clients from their class about their macros and stuff? or is that solely your job? Thank you!

Jonathan so with a WIX website, how does that work with the old website in terms of the domain? Isn’t the domain of dffbootcamp.com attached to the old website or do I need to create a new name for the website with the updated one?

Interested in this as well! Organization and systems is my biggest struggle. Sales and marketing is my strength but there’s so much left on the table not having structure

I’m sure many of you have come across this so I pose the question. Scenario: You have a subscription based training program. All new clients get a contract agreement stating your terms and conditions and you clearly state that it’s a subscription program and it is on the client to show up and use the service. There are no refunds etc. The client signs and agrees. 2 years later the client misses 2 months, never sends a cancellation notice but asks for a refund for the previous 2 months of not showing up. They tell you “Contracts Smontracts those shouldn’t matter. that if you were a good business you would make exceptions” You explain to the client that you can’t make exceptions because it would be unfair to everyone else who has ever missed time and not gotten their money back. You remind them that they had no problem with the content for 2 years and were clearly aware of the training terms. do you break on your integrity to keep the client and make exceptions? or stick to your business agreements and let the client go?

@Jonathan Hertilus Yes man almost 2 years! We have always been cool. she send me texts all the time with silly memes or whatever. But she’s always been a little off. For example I ask my clients if they want to do a check in, to please go to my scheduler and book a video call. That was grounds for cancellation for her, she claimed “she doesn’t like technology and doesn’t understand why I can’t just meet up with her and do an in person hour long sit down” Or when I refer them to watch a video i’ve made on a lesson like protein, she will tell me she doesn’t like social media and would like me to write her up all the info and print it out and give it to her. It seems strange like just watch the damn video like everyone else! It seems unreasonable to me as all my other clients think my terms are fair and nobody ever complains about how I schedule people for video check ins which are easier. It’s like if I said no jonathan i don’t want to do a zoom consult I want you to drop what you are doing, hire baby sitting and come meet ME because I don’t like video. Do i make sense or am I being insensitive?

Update/Check-in (Zoom Consult)
Hey everyone I haven't seen many questions come up in the community lately so I hope youre all well I've actually been moving lately and tomorrow is the last day so I need to push the zoom meeting to FRIDAY 1:30PM EST. Today is too short of notice, Wednesday I have the movers and Thursday is July 4th. Sorry for any inconvenience, I look to resume Wednesdays next week. In the meantime I am putting together lectures for the nutrition course and hope to have that done by the 15th. From there I'll either release a new course on Training Structure OR Web Presence. What would you like to see first?
