So I ended up skipping meditation yesterday because it was a Yoga Nidra for sleep. I planned to do the exercise at bedtime, except I fell immediately asleep once my head hit the pillow. This morning, I discovered the exercise was another fucking Yoga Nidra for sleep. Sigh....To keep up my streak, I went back in time to Day 64....meditation related to anxiety. So, I'm back on track and I'm calm and fucking steady. Just where I want to be. TGIF!
