Compression , harmonics, eq and molten…not in this particular order.
Chicken before the egg or is it the egg before the chicken 🐔
Do you use your linear phase multi band To control your eq moves on your master or to control the imbalance before adding and eq moves 🤔🤔🤔🤔? What your objective approach?

Need an Assist
A while back I posted a song that I received a lot of great feedback on. "Sky Chief" One of the things that was suggested to me was that the Bass was a little off the beat or not quite locked with the drums and it was suggested that I look up this Joe Gilder video on how to edit the timing. I cannot for the life of me remember what the title of that video was. Is anyone out there familiar with the Joe Gilder lesson video I'm talking about? Any assist with this would be greatly appreciated. It was late last year sometime around November /December P.S. I did use the program and it worked fantastic! My DAW is Studio One.

I would like to see that video too
Using maxxbass to achieve perceived loudness
I have a confession to make. So I got this wave file from a client with 30 hz that was stopping me from getting Louder and it was really causing my limiter to go crazy even after controlling the overs up the chain…I did the unthinkable that might sound crazy but I low shelf 30 and used maxbass to replace 30 hz and it worked… what are your thoughts ?

@DeShaun Rawlings maxxbass works by analysing the existing bass end of a signal, then creating harmonics around an octave higher than the original, which you then add into the mix using a slider

@Phillip Patterson what is your approach?
Flex tune vs Melodyne
I want to know from my Logic Pro users how does the flex tune stack up against melodyne. I am going to tune some vocals in logic and this will be my first time not using my weapon of choice. Can I get some pointers and short-cuts?🥸
