Hi. Glad to be here. Have been strength training and trying to lose weight for 4 months now after quitting smoking. Used to smoke pipe for 43 years. All of the above together at the age of 64 was quite a challenge! Feel relatively satisfied, yet think I have my nutrition all wrong. Losing weight and building muscle at the same time appears to be almost impossible. Lost my tummy, (8 cm around waist), six pack just beginning to show. Arms, shoulders and chest definitely improved. Thought I would see more visible results. Am I impatient?
