CONTRACTOR ONBOARDING PROCESS - HERE'S WHAT WE DO!
Contractor Onboarding Process🚀 1️⃣ Initial Interest: Contractors visit the Bear Claw Land Services webpage dedicated to contractors. 2️⃣ Submission of Interest: Contractors fill out the embedded form on the website to express their interest in collaboration. 3️⃣ Zap Automation Triggered: Form submission triggers a Zapier Automation. Contractors receive an onboarding email containing: Instructions to proceed in the onboarding process as well as links to: Master Service Agreement (MSA) & a Google Form to upload insurance documents. Bear Claw Land Services team receives an email notification to initiate Gusto (payroll) onboarding manually. 4️⃣ Completion of Requirements: Contractors complete the following: E-sign the MSA. Upload required insurance documents via the provided Google Form. Set up their Gusto account and complete the W9 requested in Gusto onboarding process. 5️⃣ Finalization: Once the contractor has: E-signed the MSA, Uploaded necessary insurance documents, and Completed their Gusto account setup and W9 submission, they are considered successfully onboarded and ready to engage. Additional Information: ➡️ Progress Tracking: The Bear Claw Land Services team monitors the progress of each step to ensure completion. ➡️ Assistance and Support: Contractors can reach out to admin team for assistance if they encounter any difficulties during the onboarding process. ➡️ Completion Confirmation: Upon fulfillment of all requirements, contractors will receive confirmation of successful onboarding. ➡️ Ongoing Engagement: Successfully onboarded contractors can immediately engage in projects and services as required.
