Zoom and GHL Calendar Question
Hi, I'm new to Zoom and working my way through the Beginners class for GHL setup. In the Custom Values video, Chase talks about pasting in the Zoom meeting links: 4:52 Now there are two other custom values here. And these are for the zoom links that you're going to use when you have your calls, your sales call and your onboarding call. 5:01 So whether you're using zoom or Google meet or whatever it is, You want the URL for the meeting room that your new customers or clients can click on to join you for that call. So how can you create a Zoom meeting link before you create the booking? Because isn't it linked to a specific time and person?

@Elizabeth Phelps I am not an expert at Zoom. But I asked my good friend, ChatGPT and here is what came back. Hopefully this is helpful.😃 Question: Can you make a meeting that is always the same and when they arrive at the appointed time they are able to join it? Yes, you can create a Zoom meeting link in advance before you finalize any bookings, and you can also set up a recurring meeting that uses the same meeting link each time. This is particularly useful for regular meetings, such as weekly team check-ins or monthly project updates, where you want participants to use the same link to join each session. Here's how to do it: Creating a Meeting in Advance 1. Sign in to your Zoom account and navigate to the "Meetings" section. 2. Click on "Schedule a Meeting". 3. Fill in the meeting details such as topic, description, date, and time. If the meeting doesn't correspond to a specific time or date, you can set it for a future date and adjust it later as needed. 4. Before finalizing, look for the option to make the meeting recurring, if that's your intention. Setting Up a Recurring Meeting with the Same Link 1. Recurring Meeting Option: When scheduling the meeting, check the box for "Recurring meeting". This option is found in the "Meeting Options" section of the scheduling page. 2. No Fixed Time: For a meeting that doesn't meet at a regular time, select "No Fixed Time". This option makes the meeting link always available, allowing participants to join at any appointed time you choose to host the meeting. 3. Save: After setting up your meeting as recurring, finish by clicking "Save". Important Considerations - Security: For meetings that use the same link, consider using a meeting password and enabling the waiting room feature to manage who joins. - Join Before Host: You can allow participants to join the meeting before the host arrives, which is useful for meetings with a flexible start time. - Meeting ID Expiration: For recurring meetings without a fixed time, the meeting ID does not expire and can be used repeatedly for future meetings. However, if you do not use the meeting ID for more than 365 days, it will expire and you will need to create a new one.

Plastic surgery niche
Is anyone in the plastic surgery niche? I would love to talk to someone experienced this niche about your what is working within the niche? I am pretty new to go high-level… I was visiting our favorite local health food store today and a woman that I always see in there mentioned that she was a social media manager for a plastic surgery chain that is pretty popular within our city. They are definitely looking for lead generation and automation within their franchise. They are not utilizing AI at this time either. They have gotten popular based off of referrals from celebrities as they give A List Celebrities free surgery, and then those celebrities tell their friends/associates… The social media manager and I exchanged contact information, and I followed up with a simple text to ask her to meet up sometime this week for coffee. I just got to level three and have no clients, yet. Barely started the free trial with High Level. Any tips, insight, or encouragement would be wonderful ☺️.

@Vivian Watkins Congratulations on getting to level 3! I do know that plastic surgery leads can turn into 10s of thousands of dollars for a plastic surgeon. So if you set up a system for them that only increases there appointments by 1 or 2 per month you will be giving them a great ROI. It's definitely worth following up with this lady and see where it goes.
