Zoom and GHL Calendar Question

Hi, I'm new to Zoom and working my way through the Beginners class for GHL setup. In the Custom Values video, Chase talks about pasting in the Zoom meeting links:

4:52 Now there are two other custom values here. And these are for the zoom links that you're going to use when you have your calls, your sales call and your onboarding call.

5:01 So whether you're using zoom or Google meet or whatever it is, You want the URL for the meeting room that your new customers or clients can click on to join you for that call.

So how can you create a Zoom meeting link before you create the booking? Because isn't it linked to a specific time and person?
