@James Hegazy I hope so!!! That is my goal by the end of January. I also decided to do a focus on Cardio to build up my lung strength as I am doing a trombone intensive this coming year to hopefully audition for the school of music in February 2026

I’m not really celebrating the holidays this year. Going to have a small dinner on the 28th. I’m doing the cooking so going to make sure that everything is somewhat healthy and going to make sure that I have a healthy serving of chicken on my plate

@James Hegazy I’ve lost 8 lbs so far, and pretty much all I’ve done is cut fast food and limited my sugary drink intake to 1-2 cups of coffee a day
Morning weigh in
149. Long way to go to hit 160. But been consistently gaining weight since 135. Brutal to get the calories in. Heading to the gym now . Are you working out today?

How many calories per day are you eating? Can you add some high protein sources to the meals to bump up your calorie intake?
