149. Long way to go to hit 160. But been consistently gaining weight since 135. Brutal to get the calories in. Heading to the gym now . Are you working out today?
@James Hegazy usually eat around 7:30 am. Few eggs before gym. Then steak and protein shake at 9:30 am. Then around 6 pm. If I can get lunch then that would be around 2:30-3 but that’s not consistent with my work schedule unless I eat some type of take out or just a protein bar or 2.
