You need to spend at least $100/day for 1-3 months straight to get YT ads working. Also expect to lose it for a while as you figure stuff out - expect at least a month before you see any kind of ROAS
Opt in VS Apply Funnel
I'm running a VSL funnel however not sure which one I should do: #1 - Ad > Opt in > VSL > Schedule #2 - Ad > VSL > Type form application > Schedule I've ran #2 in the past with success. These were the numbers: - $200/day budget - $10.79 CPC - $85.28 cost per application - $142.14 CPBC Really good lead quality and decent cost per call. Not sure if #1 would be any better but I see most people in the industry running an opt in funnel. Because let's say its the same CPC, 20% landing page CVR - that's a $50 CPL. Let's say 20% VCR that's a $250 CPBC. But maybe with our setter calling that could be brought down to $150? Also because I'm on a lower budget should I be optimizing for a cheaper conversion event? i.e. opt ins are almost half the cost of an application. Or because I've got a good CPBC it doesn't really matter. Here's the current funnel - https://www.sixfigurescale.com/apply Curious to see what your thoughts are šŸ‘‡

High Level - anyone using this?
Anyone using high level and what do you guys think about it? Did you transition to using it or you started your business with it? Is it easy to navigate? Pros and cons?

Used to use it when running my agency. Was a godsend for doing DFY as I could have a sub account for each of my clients. Stopped using it when I switched to coaching/consulting - wasnā€™t using a lot of the features and only needed 1 account for myself. Now I use clickfunnels - itā€™s got everything I need.
Is my model broken?
Iā€™m at profit sharer at a videography and photography company for real estate agents. $2mm/year - 20% net margins on the business. 80% of revenue is content production for listings and 20% is social media content for the agents themselves which has higher margins. I was hired to grow company to 8 figures and build sales team. Weā€™re currently selling a content package on the front end for $2500. Which costs $900 to fulfill. $500 CPA on average. 5x ROAS Very low scale at the moment. My concern is that once we hire a sales team. Theyā€™re not going to close at as high of a percentage and weā€™re going to need to pay them 10% of top line revenue. We will have a backend and lots of other products to sell on backend but Iā€™m not sure if our prices are high enough for cold traffic acquisition at scale. Perhaps I should bundle in more value at a higher price on the front end. Any guidance would be very helpful.

@Sam Sauter You're going to struggle to scale with a 2.5k product. A sales team will close at about 50% of what you can which will instantly double your CPA. You'll have to pay minimum 10% commission, and on a $2.5k product that isn't attractive to any closers. AND you're already at only 20% net margins at a small scale. Profit naturally decreases with scale as well.

I'd suggest increasing the price. Depending on your offer/deliverables, I think you could increase to around $4k without seeing too much of a dip in sales. Otherwise you'd have to be cool with breaking even or going in the red on the frontend to make it back on backend.
