- Tell me your dream life in 3 sentences: In terms of physical, mental, and emotional health, what does your ideal future look like? I wake up refreshed and filled with peace. I take on the challenges of the day and in life with confidence. My relationships are healthy. - How does your current journey feel different from that dream? What’s the gap between where you are now and where you want to be? I feel like i’m brushing the edge of this dream. I’m just establishing my routines and practicing discipline and with consistency and time it will be my life. - What are the struggles? Be honest—what’s holding you back right now? The choices of my past. But also, i’m still learning. - What habits could help, big or small? What’s one or two small habits you can start adding tomorrow? Waking up earlier and going to bed earlier would reallllllly help. - What do you need most? Is it accountability, meal ideas, workout tips, or maybe just emotional support? I think the biggest help is now just having women around me with similar goals. - What’s one small win you can make happen this week? Something that’ll give you a reason to celebrate and share your victory in the Friday Wins tab! 🎉 I’ve actually been having some good wins! A lot happened and i stopped working out and i just picked up walking every morning and afternoon to start back. 10,000 steps a day is so close.

@Jocelyn Fletcher I’ve had one on ones with Amanda too and they have been amazing! As a momma, i feel like putting myself first and finding time is the hardest part as well. I actually just had to make a hard decision in my life to remove some friends that were taking up too much of my mental space so that i could focus on my family and myself more. all to say, i feel this! I’m rooting for you and i made HUGE strides even with the smallest changes. I have to remind myself one day at a time, one choice at a time.

I am here because even after my 1on1 with Amanda i want to continue with the community she creates! I saw this community linked on her email so i had to join. i have two goals, one for myself and one for my daughter. Right now i have been diagnosed with PCOS and i have had multiple surgeries affecting my gut. It becomes hard to keep making the best choices for myself and sticking to a workout routine when it feels like i’m doing it all by myself. So having constant encouragement surrounding me and in my social media is beneficial. As i learn, i am applying. For my daughter, as i learn, I get to increase her chances of living a healthy life. That’s everything i could ever ask for. I’ve tried self study and the 6 month program with Amanda and they have been amazing. I found a love for weightlifting in her program. I want to move to calisthenics but i’m still healing my joints for that. I love journaling and walking. I have been learning how to make hard decisions that ultimately benefit my life in the long run even if they hurt now. Success right now looks like discipline and consistency. In 6 months to 1 year, I want to be in a place where i am toned and have endurance. I’m still working on eating enough which has been a pattern. My drive had been my daughter and it has shifted to honor myself. Honor the body that was given to me so that I can use it to continue loving my family, community and pursue my dreams
