- Why You’re Here: What led you to join HerHealed? Are you struggling with a specific health challenge like weight loss, PCOS, gut health, or hormonal imbalances?
- What You’ve Tried Before: Have you been down other health paths that didn’t give you the results you hoped for?
- Things You Love: What are the practices or rituals you enjoy that align with your holistic journey (yoga, meditation, journaling)?
- What You Want to Achieve: What are your current health goals? What does success look like for you?
- Your Vision: Take a moment to visualize yourself 6 months or even 1 year from now. What changes have you made? How do you feel in your body and mind?
- Your Why: What’s driving you to stick with this journey? Are you doing it for your kids...your future self?
You don’t have to share everything all at once, and it doesn’t have to be perfect. Just be real, be you, and know that we’re all here to support you through every step. 💖
