Should i start training planche and front lever?
Hello my question is after i get to a good base with push ups and pull ups should i start learning front lever and planche ? i just think that if i learn them (frontlever and planche) the other skills will be easier to achieve .I'm thinking about splitting my week like this :Day 1 for planche Day 2 for Front lever Day 3 i will do a full body workout of course there is rest between the days Give me your advice on this.

I did push-ups pull-ups, then added weight, muscle ups, then weighted, handstand, then handstand push-ups, back lever, and now front lever and planche

You can work the progressions if you want those skills earlier… it’s all preference…just be careful. I’d recommend learning some of the easier skills first bc they may help your progression and build muscle you’ll need for the harder skills that you named. Good luck

My name is cortlan and I’m a ME major. I fell in love with cals and have been doing them for a few months with some weightlifting. I’m a Katarina main on league 😈. Fun fact I dislocated my finger after attempting some funny business with a band. Working on front lever and planche

Yello
Hey , I’m fairly new to a calisthenics focused routine/workout. My reasoning is to get lean and just be more physically and mentally strong. Goals overall is to get to at least 220 . Currently sitting at 250. By February 2024.

Training session
How long would you guys take for one calisthenics training session? Also is it a good idea to split the workout with one half strength training with reps and sets and the other half static holds?

I’d say it depends on your body and it’s recovery. I have 1-2 hour sessions working on my skills and it works for me
