Training session
How long would you guys take for one calisthenics training session? Also is it a good idea to split the workout with one half strength training with reps and sets and the other half static holds?

Workout plan
Is it best to focus on one exercise at a time and move on to the next or create a circuit with a push, pull, core, legs one after another and repeat?

Hello everyone, my name is Michael and I’ve been consistent in the gym for over a year now. I’ve decided I want to transition into calisthenics for the strength benefits and being able to feel control of my body (it looks cool as well). At the same time I still want to train in the gym for aesthetics.
