Calendar scheduling for teams
We're starting to look into using Calendly (or something similar) so that clients can schedule their own meetings based on our availability. When we've looked into this in the past, we weren't able to implement a solution like this because we typically have 2-3 colleagues in meetings with clients (advisor, paraplanner, sometimes tax specialist, etc). These teams are not always the same and certainly don't have the same availability on their schedules, so we need something that can look at dynamic groups of schedules, based on the client we are trying to get on the calendar, and only show availability that works for everyone. Has anyone had success with this? If so, will Calendly work or did you end up using something else?

Has anyone set this up and used their internal user guides/knowledge articles as the source information? Joe, I'm not familiar with the process of creating something like this, but do you think it'd be easy enough to point it to your internal document storage or something like that?
AI meeting summary for in-person meetings
I'm excited to test out Zoom's new AI assistant that can record and summarize meetings. Most of our meetings are over zoom, but we still have plenty that are in-person. I'm wondering if there's a way to record and summarize these in-person meetings in a similar fashion. My thought was initially to launch a zoom meeting that just sits in the background, but I'm thinking it won't be able to differentiate between speakers, and therefore might not summarize very well. Has anyone had any luck using this sort of technology for in-person meetings? Or maybe there's a different solution I'm overlooking?

@Joe Moss How important to the summary is it that Zoom (or whatever tool) can differentiate between speakers?
Quik! Forms vs. LaserApp vs. PreciseFP
I'm interested in anyone's experience with each of these. What have you used, or if you've used more than one, which do you prefer? https://precisefp.com/forms-tool-comparison-chart/

We are currently using PreciseFP. For the most part it's great, but there are two main issues. 1. Social Security number will not export to CRM. 2. File upload size limit is 8mb - we routinely run into clients trying to upload files that are larger than that and have to find a workaround. It seems these should be simple enough to fix, so hopefully they make those changes soon. Otherwise, we've created all custom forms and feel it's an improvement over our previous process.
