Local Produce Sourcing in Northern Rivers NSW
Thanks to @Josh Thomson for these excellent recommendations for regen meat in the Byron Bay / Northern Rivers area: Local Dorper Lamb - direct from farmer in Bexhill or they are at majority of the farmers markets in the area. Real www.localdorperlamb.com.au/ Conscious Grounds - regenerative and certified organic beef and also organic veggies from their market garden. They're also very in to human health, with keen interest on photobiomodulation, pemf and a variety of other human health modalities. Their meat and veg are top notch. Can be found at the Byron Farmers market on a Thursday. Regenerative Buffalo - Bexhill. These guys are fairly under the radar but provide excellent quality, very well managed Regenerative buffalo, a very good tropical variety that doesn't require chemical intervention for the management of tick and parasite. They do 5kg mix cut order but are by far the best value for money at $20/kg in the region. Misty Creek - Tom runs a great certified organic and Regenerative syntropic chicken enterprise. Compromising of meat bird production, egg production, and vegetable production. Really great quality meat birds and can be found at Mullum markets & Bangalow farmers markets.Find them on social media, can buy direct from the farm with prior appointment. And then there's a plethora of small scale fruit and veg growers, some certified organic other spray free, that's a whole other subcategory of growers I could get in to, but I work for Santos and they genuinely have a focus on local growers, and they do a great job of sourcing produce locally, so you'd be able to get your produce easily from there. Keep it local! 🐄🐓🥬

I buy from local farmers here too. I buy water buffalo from Abby at Bex Hill and beef from Primal beef at Lindendale.
Computer glasses
Could anyone advise me please. I am considering purchasing a pair of blue light filtering glasses for daytime computer use for my daughter from Bon Charge. She works from home 5 days a week staring at her computer. Would these be my best option glasses wise? It is a slow burn trying to make her understand the dangers of this and other aspects we are all learning about! Blue light blockers for night time and bulbs are next on my list for her health. Many thanks.

She needs yellow for day and red for night. I got clip ons to wear over my regular glasses. Work great. I ordered them from America.
Regenerative Water Buffalo
Abby supplies fully grass fed, regeneratively raised water buffalo meat here on the northern rivers NSW. It was fantastic to see these animals in a domesticated setting. They do not receive any pharmaceutical inputs. Abby is working on a dairy which should be up and running by end of year. Buffalo mozzarella inbound!

@Beverley Exley she had a dairy but it got destroyed in the Lismore floods. Can’t wait for it to get up and running again.

Hi! I’m Colleen. Been keto 17 years but trying carnivore to nail a few remaining issues. My body really does not handle carbs, at all. I love it.
