I'M IN NEED OF A MENTOR
Good day GREAT MEN, I'm 28years old with no Degree and no Stable Job for a Steady income but just hustling on a daily, I'm really interested in entering into the Tech industry and learn something that can become a skill for me, but don't know how to start and where to start from. Please I need a Mentor, someone that can be my personal mentor and guide me to stand on my feet as a "Man". Please treat this as urgent for me...

People Who Work 9-5
This is something I wish I had realized sooner while I was in college. I always thought that this was the formula to success since I had seen my mom come from the Philippines and provide me and my brother with a pretty good life (middle class). However, after going through undergraduate and graduate school for 7 long years and finally working a "stable job," I started to feel depressed and unfulfilled. Literally what this video was stating was that you immediately feel that remorse that the weekend is ending and now you're going back to the 9-5 grind. I've worked about 3-4 years now and it finally took me this long to go and pursue another career (my own coaching business) to seek the financial independence and fulfillment that I want. I'm still in the beginning stages of my business and I am currently balancing it with work (decided to go part time), but I will tell you that I haven't felt this fulfilled with myself in a long time. Despite not having the financial stability that I seek at the moment, I know that going down this path will lead me there eventually and will also give me peace of mind when I grow old that I decided to pursue my dreams opposed to accepting the "stable job" and "9-5 life." Let me know if any of you have experienced this or are currently going through it as well! I would love to hear your stories.

Work Harder on Yourself Than You Do Your Job
Here's a great short from Jim Rohn talking about working harder on yourself than you do your job. When I first came across this quote it took me a while to completely understand and apply it to myself. I realized that my job consists primarily of me clocking in and earning money from my time. Essentially, the money I earn is "stored time." It doesn't matter how much harder I work or how much energy I expend, the amount of money I earn is the same. I also knew that there is no growth to earn more because my coworkers have been there 10+ years and make the same amount as I do. Although this job allows me to make a living, I am not living my life to the fullest. Once I started applying this concept to my life, everything changed for me. I'm now working hard on my own business, my health, my mindset, disciplines, relationships, finances, continuing education, and various skills. Now I feel more fulfilled and on the right track to becoming the best version of myself. Now it feels as if I am continuing to grow in all aspects of life and am enjoying the journey. What do you guys think of this quote, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Time Management Tip
Here's a good short of Jim Rohn talking about keeping different things in your life separate. This will not only help you manage your time better but also help you stay focused on the tasks at hand. Many times I experienced this during my college years and in life. I'd create the best schedule for myself to take the time to do certain things such as study, leisure, socializing, etc., but when it came around to do it I was very unfocused. I'd set about 3 hours in my day to study, but would only get maybe 1 hour of studying done because I'd be playing a game on my phone, talking to friends, or doom-scrolling on social media. Then when it came time to spend time with family or friends, I found myself thinking of having to study for my next big test or what assignments I had due. Although I had the perfect schedule set for myself, I was never truly present in each time period which resulted in unsatisfactory results. I've been better at this aspect and it's something I still work on till this day. How many of you have gone through this or are currently going through this? I'd love to hear your thoughts and stories!

Entrepreneurship: Should You Quit Your Job?
Here's a good short video from Codie Sanchez talking about whether you should quit your job while on your entrepreneurship journey. This was something that I battled with last year before starting my business. I wasn't enjoying my day job and was contemplating quitting completely. My life and mind was all over the place and I knew that I would be more fulfilled if I went all-in with my business. However, I decided to do part-time on both my business and day job. It has been a year and I am glad I went this route. Now I am slowly starting to make an income with my business, but I know it will eventually grow big enough to finally quit my day job. It's been a strenuous and long journey so far, but I enjoy every single step along this path I have chosen. I hope this video and my story can help encourage you if you are stuck at this point of your entrepreneurship journey! Share below if you have any similar stories or where you are now on your journey!
