Can someone recommend good videos about the 5-1- and 4-2-System in Volleyball?

Hi, my name is Chris and I am from Germany. Now I am 16 years old and play in a hobby freetime mans team. I play for about 1 year and 3-4 months. My height is 1,73m and I can reach a maximum point of about 2,95m or 2,98m. In my team er don‘t have fixed position and er don‘t have a special system wie play with. The actions I like the most are nearly everything from attacking over receiving and setting to blocking and serving, almost everything. That‘s why I want to improve my volleyball skills and I hope to learn something more about my favourite sport. Let‘s all learn from each other to geht eben better.
