@Ward Britton I truly enjoy practicing the form. I now look for small details to improve and regularly practice one-legged. I appreciate your comment on the consistency it certainly makes a difference. However, I have had to drop from the Inner Circle, and therefore the meditation challenge, for a short time. I will continue being active in the Family group and plan to return to the Inner Circle in a few months. 🙏

Hello
Thank you for allowing my entry into the The Wing Chun Family group! A brief introduction to when I began my WC training that continues to this day I started my training back in the late 80s when I was at Ft. Bragg, NC with the 82nd Airborne Division and SOG. I trained off post in Fayetteville with a Sifu / Yip Man lineage. After the military I returned home to Georgia, where I continued my training for years under Grand Master Sifu Jason Lau Wing Chun Academy, Jiu Waan lineage located in Smyrna, Georgia. My Daisihing, Chris Burke became a Sifu, and I chose to become one of his students at his new academy, Lau Yat Wing Chun in Woodstock, Georgia. Sifu Burke retired approximately 7 months ago. My training continues today, albeit unofficially under Sifu Burke's Daisihing, which is now a Sifu. I look forward to continue expanding my knowledge and participating within the group!
