Fat/Protein ratio
I used carb manager to track my food for 7 days. I can see how much protein and fat I ate, but how do I figure my protein to fat ratio. Based on my fat to protein ratio, what should I change to lose more fat as I've been in a stall. Thanks!

As I understand it, when you lower your fat you will lose weight. So maybe you go from 70/30 to 60/40. In carb manager go to settings, then macros calculator, then scroll down to macros calculator then down to where you see net carbs, protein, fat and you can adjust the protein higher or the fat lower and it will automatically reset the amount of macros for you. I was in a stall so I have upped my protein by a couple percent to see if it makes a difference. As you up the protein you are lowering the fat. Does that help?
Salmon soup
Made a delicious salmon soup with a can of salmon (4 oz) chunk, some chicken stock, coconut milk, lemon juice salt and pepper, and butter. Yum.

basic tracking
Hi Alice Just want to say this tracking is making me figure out that I was eating too much protein and fat. Its a bit of work tracking but I think this will lead me in the right direction.

Yes I was eating too much. Carb manager is wonderful and now I understand the macros. It’s so easy to use. I have been able to enter some of my favorite go to recipes. In one week I lost 1.8 lbs.

Hey guys, SUPER excited that we are 10 days out from the official launch of CARNIVORE CUT ACADEMY. I just wanted to announce that there will be some {optional} pre-work being released on October 24. 78 year old. Doing carnivore for about 3 months. Also dealing with chronic kidney disease, oxalate dumping, electrolyte issues and cravings.
