So - Branko kicked my arse the other day about doing in person residential walk-throughs and pushed me to close them over the phone. I've gotta say, you were right my friend. A lot easier than I thought. Now it's time to put together the process and teach it to someone else. But you wanna know even better news than that? He also told me to start running LSA, and I did and that landed me my first big boy commercial job of $6500/mo. Too funny what $10 a lead gets ya. Does anyone in here know how to subcontract out a job? I somehow managed to hit a city that is a little too far for our team in my instantly emails that sent out to a Dentist office that is interested in an estimate. This is just a little too far for us. Any advice is appreciated. :)
