Hey! It's been a minute!
So - Branko kicked my arse the other day about doing in person residential walk-throughs and pushed me to close them over the phone. I've gotta say, you were right my friend. A lot easier than I thought. Now it's time to put together the process and teach it to someone else.
But you wanna know even better news than that? He also told me to start running LSA, and I did and that landed me my first big boy commercial job of $6500/mo. Too funny what $10 a lead gets ya.
Just wanted to say I appreciate you and everyone in here. You guys have always helped me in some way.
