I still can't get in to the course. Am I missing something?

Is there a limit on the word count on ChatGPT? Are there different platforms? I have only used chat.openai.com. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm an old newbie. So I have no clue how to start using ChatGPT, or even where to go to get started. Anyone want to help a guy out? Maybe a URL or an app where I can get started? Thanks!
