I promise this is a genuine question? Have you looked at any of the conent on VAPI out there? If so I think you have your answers. 1. Don't try to re-invent the wheel - espically if it is not your expertise. 2. It also sounds like you dont have other things confirmed. Like your industry and target audience. Once you get that you will get your answers.

Yep, sadly the limit is shared between all accounts.

@Stuart Edwards All subaccounts have thier own API. Also you don't need the API to basically rebill them. If your tracking the cost of all your users - just markup thier cost and there you go.
