Check in // Vulnerable Post
Hi :) I REALLY love this group so far <3. I am so proud of you and US for how we are getting along, supporting each other, and doing the damn thing. I will be honest... My mental health has not been okay... I have been great with habits, working on "the things" to get myself better and doing the mindset work to shift — but it seems like I still have been struggling more than I'd like to admit. Yesterday, someone was very honest with their observation of me. They had the courage to share their feedback with me to HELP ME... and I am forever grateful because TWO breakthroughs happened for me. Here's what happened: >>> I realized that I need humans. I have been self-isolating and doing "the work" only to fall back into the same mental pattern because I am doing the same things over and over, expecting different results - LITERALLY insane. So, I am making a commitment to LEAVE the damn house, and go TALK to people. >>> She told me I should ask for local mentorship. So, I reached out and asked my mentor and CEO of Pruvit for help. He's always been a great coach and guide but I never was vulnerable and/or admitted that I was struggling. I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT MONTHS AGO! He has coached me yesterday and today, and we are going to work closer together to get some biz solutions in place. He also said I have full use of Pruvit HQ offices to go work with the in-house stuff just to "human" if I want. Point is - if you are struggling — don't be so self-righteous to not SAY SOMETHING. This is something I obviously struggle with — because I don't want to be a bother and I am a boss bitch. I also sometimes don't know what help I actually need.... but if you just say HI I am struggling, that is enough, help will reveal itself. That's why you ask for HELP, for SOLUTIONS, and PERSPECTIVE that you are too in the shit to see. HABIT UPDATE: Nutrition - Cottage Cheese + Blackberries for breakfast (I was STARVING) Movement - I am going to try and get some energy later but if not, I have 2/3 of my weekly standard complete, just need one more before Sunday.
