Does anyone do much with Atom (was Squadhelp)? Got a few domains accepted as premium on there recently. Wondering how well it works.

For what it's worth, I just saw this over on X
Profit Multiples on Content Sites fell to 2.7x profit in H2 2023
New Flippa Data Insights shows how content sites peaked in H1 2022 at 3.2x annual profit and has fallen since. With all the latest google updates and AI developments, I wonder if they will get to < 2x by this year's end?

I'm a big fan of Niche Site Lady who is brilliantly pivoting with the Google algorithm changes and is documenting as she goes. It's badass! #109 | 4 MASSIVE things just happened | Niche Site Lady
How Would You Grow/Monetize This Facebook Group?
I hope this is the right place to post this. Admin, feel free to remove it if not. I have a Facebook group for digital nomads traveling to Africa, with ~2,700 members. There's also a website that gets ~1,500 monthly visits. Both are completely neglected but attract consistent traffic and new members organically, with zero effort. A friend offered to buy both for $2k as a marketing channel for his coliving space in Kenya. Before I sell, I'm wondering if I should take another crack at turning this into a business myself. Any thoughts?

Some thoughts- --> ads/sponsors on the website and fb group (some use the banner as ad space, or pinned posts) -->Find someone with a coaching/course offer that could benefit from your audience's eyeballs. Strike a win-win deal where you'd get a certain % of each sale. -->If haven't already, put up a questionnaire and lead magnet opt-in to build an email list. Or, if you want to keep the asset but skip pushing buttons, just rent the site and fb group to your friend for a monthly rate (more than $2k in the long run).

@Richard Patey awesome!
Beehiiv acquires Typedream
Looks like beehiiv is becoming a creator first platform rather than newsletter first https://mail.bigdeskenergy.com/p/beehiiv-acquires-typedream This makes total sense to me and @Travis Street where we were building the Swwwap.com platform to be focussed on assets, but then realized that it’s the people trading them that we should focus on. Here’s how I see this whole space in 2024: Email and websites, like social, are channels to provide value and build audience Those channels can be directed into a community where connections provide more value The community can be directly monetized or used to sell products and generate leads for services What’s your take on this?

@Ewen Finser it's a wild time we are living in. Here's to more million-dollar, one-person businesses and the democratization of knowledge!

@Shen Zu Beehiiv’s opt- in page is not very customizable, so this should really help. + the ability to sell digital products.
