Hey James, I’m Carson Klemetsen I’m 22 years old. I met you in 2022 after you spoke to our company. You inspired me to compete in an Iron Man race hearing your story. On December 8th I’m competing in the 70.3 Iron man in La Quinta. What advice would you give me regarding hydration and nutrition during the race?
