I still trying to get well so my goals this week is to get well. I may not get any exercise in this week I’m pretty weak but that’s ok I’m just going to eat clean and am drinking lots of fluids and I am getting my rest. Next week Ill set better goals I many birthdays this weekend and I’m making food for all so meals will be ok. I’m making a tossed salad with strawberries and blueberries bacon feta cheese home made sugar free blueberry salad dressing and a Asian chicken salad for Saturday and a taco salad for Sunday I have some keto cupcakes in the freezer that I’ll take so I can have dessert
