Today, let's focus on setting our fitness goals. What do you want to achieve in the next 12 weeks? Remember to make your goals SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Share your goals with the group!"
Hi Josh, I had completed 75 Hard and went from 194 lbs and 24% bf to my current weight below. My goal is to lose 13 lbs more of BF while maintaining (or adding) muscle mass. I work out 6 days a week (cardio and weight training daily). I get in between 15K-20K steps a day monitored by my FitBit. I'm looking to vary my workout routine over the next 4-5 months. CURRENTLY: Hight: 5'9" Weight: 178 lbs BF: 20% Daily Calorie Intake: 1650 GOAL: Weight: 165 lbs BF: 10-12% Once I reach that goal, my focus will be strictly to build muscle and maintain flexibility. APPS I USE: Hevy: Training app MacroFactor: Meals, Calorie, BF, Weight Tracker

Hello fellow HardModers. I'm 63 years old and enjoy a good challenge. I'm currently 5'9", 178 lbs at 20% bf. Down from 194 lbs and 24% bf, 5 months ago. My goal is 165 lbs, 10-12% bf over the next 4-5 months. I've always maintained in pretty decent shape. However, getting older does change your metabolism and your approach to eating and exercise. So it's a challenge and welcome learning process. Looking forward to learning more about others in the group and sharing the journey. Be Great!
