My first coaching call 🙌
Thank you @Mario Lanzarotti for hosting this call and everyone who attended it, I was genuinely surprised by how good it was, I've probably never been to like a real coaching call and Im blown away, sometimes it's super helpful to just ask a question and get a direct feedback and answer to it, courses cant provide this. I was pretty lost getting on the call trying to figure out what direction should I go, I just left a business I was building in the last 8 months and invested a lot of money in. And now I was here trying to make a decision, should I sharpen my axe or use my axe and get into the arena? I told my story to Mario and he explained me a lot of interesting concepts one was this quote from the book Alchemist: "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it" and the opposite is also true "When you don't want something, all the universe conspires in sabotaging you to achieve it" I tried out countless businesses in the last couple of years and there is one I keep coming back to which is youtube and building a personal brand, I go out build a lead gen agency for 8 months get slapped in the face and now Im back in building my youtube channel, somehow I always get back to it. Probably the only thing that was stopping me from going all in was fear of failure, I think when we are not that interested in something we are much more okay to fail, however when the stakes are high and the stuff actually matters we want to avoid to do the thing. Its a really interesting thing, wanting something so bad you actually don't do it. But I guess the first lesson is just realising that the fear of failure is there and taking action anyway also a homework I got from the call is to look at other life areas where I could also lie to myself about what I actually want, this will be something I will be exploring in the next few days and also probably I will read the book Alchemist Ty for the call

@Johny Rhys And to be fair, my hair did used to make me look very similar to Einstein - he was 1 word away from a home run

@Christian Vandaos I believe @Benedek Santa was holding the zoom room hostage whilst he took a picture
Booking 400+ calls
I noticed @Braden Beyer complained about not being able to book enough calls consistently… So I sent him the breakdown of the framework we use to book over 400 calls month over month without having to spend thousands on ads, or hours on content. If you want it, I’ll send it in the comments below just comment the word “calls”. Admins if it helps, might be useful as a free resource in the classroom?

Man this sounds great - are you guys running another call at some point?
Light at the end of a TERRIBLE week
I'm still recovering from a crazy viral fever (104 degrees at it's peak). Basically got no work done this week. Just trying to survive at this point. While drowning in pain, some really cool things happened. #1 • Attachments 1, 2 and 3 (outbound) • I reached out to Mike Dee (ProjectElon). He's hiring for a range of roles. • Man's a legend in the speed learning YouTube scene. #2 • Attachment 4 (inbound) • 3 months ago, I got a job offer to run operations for a web 3 agency. • My friend who works at ChainLink referred me. • We couldn't agree on my non-negotiable at the time (that I can run my business while working with them) • The CEO reached out again. #3 • Attachment 5 (HEC Paris network) • I was the youngest in my cohort of 104 students for my MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris. • One of my classmates from Luxembourg is building a VC firm and reached out. #4 (inbound) • Attachment 6 • My brilliant friend @Chaitanya Agrawal's ex-boss reached out for a project. • It's a funny coincidence cause my guy Chaitanya, or as I call him Thotho, didn't tell him about me. __ My takeaways this week - • Plant seeds. • Impatience with action, patience with results. (Naval) • A healthy man wants a thousand things. An unhealthy man only wants one. (Confucius)

Great blog post - it's an interesting topic to explore. Maybe we just need more orgies.
