Can someone who has experience with novations hop on a call today any time between 4:30 - 9:00pm EST & please walk me through the process in detail? Dos, donts, step by step execution, etc? Ok, help me here ... on Novation. Step 1. Novation & Indemnification Agremment (NO Purchase Agreement needed) Step 2. Sign Attorney in Fact Step 3. Clean up the house and list it on the MLS with agent. Step 4. Open Escrow Step 5. Handle all offers, inspections ect. Step 6. Continue to communicate with seller Step 7. Close the Deal, collect your check and Seller collect his check. Step 8. Cangradulate Seller Step 9. Go party (lightly) and do it again 😂 Did I miss anything?
