My IMO provides retirement planning software/CRM which has been great for creating reports and running projections. I also use Jucebox for their retirement forecast worksheet. It's just an excel spreadsheet that runs retirement calculations and projections. It's really simple and easy for the prospects to follow along and make changes while going through their numbers.

Free books!
The free books in classroom are a great resource. The video summaries makes it easy to consume the key points of the books. Just finished Supercommunicators. Will be implementing what I learned with clients and prospects in the coming weeks.
