I am enjoying decluttering, I started with my fridge on Monday then I restocked it with healthier choices, well mostly, I do still have some not so healthy ones too 😁 Yesterday I attacked my cupboard pantry and uncovered far too many expired spices and other things … if they weren’t in a packet or container may have been able to take themselves out 😳🤪 Today I head to therapy to help declutter some trauma or maybe a lot of trauma …. but hey, you get that on the big jobs 😁 I am enjoying meditating and I have been drinking more water. I finally did two assignments I’d been dragging my feet on which were so easy I had to laugh at myself for making it harder than it actually is 😄 So much more to share but I’ll stop there. Hope everyone is having a good week too 🥰
