It's ok to be angry. Anger after all is the result of built up pain. That pain is indicating we have a massive problem that needs to be solved. However that pain is also a massive fuel source. When our pain threshold has been broken. That is when we act. This is the reason we solve problems for other people. Too help solve their pain.
