There are hundreds of way to repurpose something. Here's a take for the content side. Just like how a sniper has different levels of magnification so does a single piece of content. Imagine talking about the number of people in your community. If you talked about having 1 person in your community, make another about reach 10 members, then 25 ect. On top of that you can share your thoughts and experience so this way it can be shown as a story to the audience. It's a very fun game.
