Who are you using for your STR insurance?
I have a property in Bradenton, FL. I would like to use this property for STR and MTR. But my biggest issue right now is the cost of the insurance. Currently, I have a landlord policy with hurricane coverage. This is great for 30+ day stays, but not STR. I received a couple quotes seeking STR coverage. Steadily was at $10,458 with hurricane and Proper was at $13,268 with hurricane. My standard landlord policy with hurricane is just $2,300. Does anyone else have property in Florida and what are you currently paying for your STR insurance?

Launching in late-July (and why)
Good morning, everyone! I wanted to let you know that I will officially launch this group in late July. Currently, I am traveling across the United States, onboarding exciting new property acquisitions that require my full attention. Learning to properly analyze properties and markets
Thanks for putting this group together Scott and great to be here. I have a few properties in my portfolio (MTR and STR). All of my properties have been purchased creatively. What I am looking to get from this group is to better understand how to properly analyze not only the property itself as a STR or MTR, but knowing we are buying in the correct market where your property will generate the ROI we are after.
