My name is James Nieves and I’ve been an entrepreneur since the age of 14. I recently just turned 18 and have been running an SMMA for Realtors for the past 6-8 months. On the road to 10k/mo in highschool and I’m looking forward to growing with all of you 🔥
A win: $2400/mo retainer. Makes it so my revenue MTD is about $11k. A record for me, but only makes me hungrier. It’s my first $10k “month,” and it’s NOT like I have a whole new perspective on everything 😂 Just hungrier and ready to work harder and smarter. More opportunities to come. Thanking god and feeling blessed.
With every new stage theres new knowleged and events How did your perspective regarding bussiness and life changed with each new stage on your journey till now?
This business thing is hard and it being hard is normal. One thing I've recently learned is to fully embrace the suckiness you have and learn, don't take it as an ego hit.
Hey gents, Eric Kavelaars here, 21 years old from Canada and moved to Dubai (I pay 0% corp, 0% person income tax) and travel 9 months of the year running my SMMA and 1 on 1 mentoring business now. I started my first SMMA in Real Estate just over a year ago and scaled it to from $0 to $30k/mo in 5 months with the power of my mentor. Now I'm doing just under $100k month profit after tax. I have a SMMA YouTube channel where I hosted Matt as a podcast guest in one of my videos. @eric on instagram or @eric.kavelaars Looking forward to meeting everyone here and helping people out!
