@Caleb Ulku, I have a client who is an IT consulting company that wants to rank nationally but also has a local presence in Greater Philadelphia. Let's just say their digital assets were a mess, but the GBP was pointed at the home page - but I want to note they were not even controlling their profile - long story but all is good now. After optimizing the profile itself, it now ranks well for the main category. Here is my question .... Given their ideal customer profiles are middle-market businesses and they do not currently rely on the GBP, should we be pointing that GBP at the contact page? Thanks in advance.

@Caleb Ulku I have a quick question on what we should strive for with regard to website page content reading level. I have a client in the b2b technical services space (database management, cloud solutions, and IT support) that supports middle market businesses. The ICP/avatar includes CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, CEO, COO, and CFO of middle market companies with $10 million to $100 million of revenue and 50 to 500 employees (ideally with 4 or 5 DBAs). I provide this additional data as it might affect the reading level of the content. I noticed that this is something you don't focus on in the prompts. Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
