Well said Mrs @Olufemi Williams In my own opinion, I won't suggest to use hunger suppressing pills because of weight loss (tho am not in the medical line.lol) but it's not a good idea because the feel of hunger itself is a nature call and nature can't be cheated. Instead of using hunger suppressing pills, you can just go for nutritional supplements.
