How to book meetings in 7 days from SCRATCH
Since launching my free community I’ve had 690+ people join in just a few weeks. I have spoken with hundreds of people in kick off calls The biggest issue most people feel lost. Like they got thrown in at the deep end not knowing how to swim. So this is the process I’d follow to immediately start building pipeline in 7 days. 1 - ICP - Use past success like inbounds, closed won deals to figure out who you’ll target for outbound 2 - Persona - Understand what the person cares about what are their priorities 3 - Build your lists - Use a reason for reaching out, what has changed in their business to make now the right time 4 - Build sequences - Build a multi channel sequence on email LinkedIn and throw on calls, leverage the triggers! 5 - Start booking meetings - Reach out to enough people with good relevant messaging & meetings will come! Prospecting is king Whether you’re an SDR trying to book meetings Or an AE sourcing your pipeline You need a system to consistently generate leads, so here’s my process: 1) Set up the personas 2) Go into lead filters - use a trigger 3) Save this search so I get constant updates 4) Save the leads into a specific list 5) Get live updates on if they have connected/posted 6) If they connect message them, if they post engage on their content I repeat this process across 3-5 triggers so I have multiple target lists to go after!
