Weekly questions vs TIA beta tests (15 Qs)
Hi All , I am able to attend Andrew’s weekly live session questions with more confidence vs these short beta tests in TIA. Does anyone have a similar experience ? Can any one who took the test recently share some pointers around the questions in exam ? Also is there any one in PST time zone study group happy to join. Thank you

@Sophonie Graham what have you used for study material? Andrew’s 35 hours Udemy or what?

@Sophonie Graham then you’re pretty much set. But your scores should improve. When you’re getting the mock test results, try to analyse the questions you got wrong. Study up a bit more on those topics. You should do well
Agile Value-Driven Delivery on Online Course
Hi Everyone - I am going through Andrew's online course and notice in the Agile section Andrew keeps mentioning that this is not needed for your exam but if you were taking your PMP exam you would need to know this.... - specifically this is mentioned several times in the Agile Value-Driven Delivery section. This makes me think the wrong video was added to the course or we are missing out on some information for this chapter as formulas were not given - since they were not needed for ACP exam. (ROI, IRR, NPV etc) Did anyone else run into this while studying?

@April Vaden I realise what you’re saying. So this is my understanding. I could be wrong. Andrew’s course would’ve been old and earlier agile may not have been part of this. But as the course for PMP has evolved and now includes a great deal of agile, he might’ve added these videos which were recorded for another course into this PMP course.

@Vikas Monga congratulations. Did you give the exam from the test center or at home? And the biggest question, was the result instant? Please could you let us know.

@Vikas Monga was the result instant or did you have to wait for few days?
Confusing word in the end of questions
Don't you think that words "in the new phase?" are confusing in the end of the question. The project team is starting a new phase of a project. Based on the previous phase, they have compiled a list of issues that were solved. What should the project manager do with this list in the new phase? A. Add all the issues as a risk in this phase B. Update the risk management plan with the list of issues C. Update the organization process assets D. Have the team add the appropriate reserves to the new project plan

C. Update the OPA? You can’t add previous phase’s issues as risk to this phase. They’ll be different. You’re repeating the processes but the work is different. So whatever you found as issues will get updated into the OPA as project document updates maybe?

@Tejpal Sharma it sounds perfectly fine to me. It’s just worded like that.
