👉🏻 Here's a quick 7-step process for starting a business: 1. Identify a problem that you experienced. 2. Document each step of how you solved it (I'm assuming you will have tried many solutions, so document the one that finally was successful). 3. Package this process (my eBook, Tiny Little Empire, teaches you how). 4. Market it to people who also experience this problem. 5. Have a method for collecting their email and payment info (Gumroad, Payhip, Stan), and deliver your product. 6. Keep in touch with your clients via a newsletter/email outreach. 7. Reviewing the list above, you'll see that it has the structure of a coaching program, cohort course, eBook (if you must 😬), or newsletter article series.
