Barry I called Your Lead
@Barry Young Hey I just called your lead. It's listed so you wanna get a refund for it. She needs to sell fast tho so she's entertaining cash offers. I'm going to see what my cash buyers are willing to do and I'll give her a call back today to let her know where our cash offer would be. Probably will be in the 300s. She said she owe 320 something. I'll keep you updated here.

@Byron Scott Thank you for calling the lead and the update. Dad has been in the hospital since late last night and I haven't been able to respond to any leads. I probably won't be in class tonight either. I'll catch up with you tomorrow. Thanks for the assistance.
