"My powerful beliefs include teaching others how to overcome obstacles, walk through fears, and live boldly and bravely on their own terms. From my roots in the small town of Bellingham, WA, where I climbed trees, walked on large oil drums, swung over gullies on a Tarzan swing, and lived off the land like the natives, my life has been an adventure. I raised a feral raccoon, trained my horse, and trained my German Shepherd to compete in novice performance events. My dad, an avid fisherman and hunter, taught me a way of life I’ll never forget—plucking ducks at his side and learning to live off the land. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the contrast of human lifestyles and helped me see the world through a diverse lens, always thinking outside the box. People call me "The Phoenix," "Bold and Brave," and even "The Barbara Williams" because, like the Phoenix, I rise from the ashes and soar like an eagle. Even as a child, when all the kids played horses, I was always the stallion, leading the herd. Despite the obstacles that knocked me down, I always bounced back, stronger than before. My dad’s wisdom gave me the resilience to face life’s hurdles, run the race, and jump higher each time. Every challenge made me more determined and equipped to teach others to do the same. I’ve spoken on stage numerous times, created audios of empowerment, taken cruises, and ridden elephants in Thailand. Bold action creates bold results, and empowering others is my mission.
