@Chris Fry It comes from Skool which I think hosts othe platforms. Maybe it is just from that and not the Ashram itself.

Beef
i have been on lessons 10-13 and notice i make meaning of tv shows.. the illusion in the illusion.. i almost quit watching Beef it was getting so upsetting to me.. A meaningless world engenders fear.. My husband and i almost quit watching to watch another korean series it was so stressful.. .. I am upset because i see a meaningless world and an illusion.. its really a good show.. . my opinion i think it has a good message.. forgive!

This is so on point for me too! I cannot watch many shows because they โhurt my heartโ. I have even cut down on the books I read. I had a thought the other day that I am living an illusion of my own creating and in that illusion I am, in tv and books, watching someone elseโs illusion. Ahhh ๐๐ I am spending more time practicing the holy instant and being willing to see outside my illusion. It is helpful ๐๐ซ

I am so grateful to have found Mark and Aaron. They have added so much clarity and depth to my ACIM practice. I could not sign up for their year long course this year because of monetary obligations I had already set in motion but I will plan ahead next year and take part. I know it will be so worth the investment. Than you Aaron and Mark!

I love this and I wonder how it would be applied if I were in some of the unthinkable circumstances I see going on in the world. I am in a safe comfortable home but what if I was being held in captive somewhere or being abused? I often wonder about how these practices would be used in situations such as these? I guess we have had examples such as Ghandi and Jesus and Nelson Mandela. Itโs good to solidify these teachings so that if we ever found ourselves in such a circumstance we would have them in place to help us through. โค๏ธ
