My name is Lewis. I joined b/c I LOVE training - I just find it so therapeutic and I like the mental toughness it builds. My biggest struggle is honestly diet and training consistency - I know how many calories and macros I SHOULD be eating, but I'm not always consistent. As for training, I'm in the gym at least 3-4 times a week, ideally 5 times if I can make it. I am currently 235, and my goal weight is really just wherever I'm healthiest and look/feel good at. Going for lots of muscle mass, while still being toned and athletic (I want to be big in a shirt w/o having a bunch of extra fat) I'm going for longevity. I already have a solid base and a good frame, I just need to lock in and put in the work. My before pic is from a few months ago, I've lost some body fat since then, but it's the most recent pic I have. I have been training off and on for about 4 years.
