Lower belly fat
Hey Dr Mike, currently I'm on IF diet 18:6, Ive gone from 190 to 178 in 2 weeks. I drink coffee each morning with both coconut milk and sugar, 1 glass of water everyday. Ive noticed that my upper belly has gone away and i can vacuum my stomach much deeper, but what I dont understand is, why is there still a lower belly fat present. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for replying to the post, the water weight does make sense, because my upper stomach is flatter, but not the lower. I used to walk for a week 10k steps, but it takes me 80 minutes on a treadmill, so i started to jog and run at 4.5 and up pace. I tried to do physical cardio, and boy i gas out so early, I am so out of shape. Hopefully after couple weeks of running I'll get better at cardio.
