Natural sunscreen
I've never been one to use sunscreen as I do not burn. I know vitamin d is good for us but my aging face needed some protection as I've been developing quite a few sunspots over the years. I whipped up a natural sunscreen today using coconut oil, shea butter, Apricot kernel oil, beeswax, zinc oxide, and frankincense and lavender essential oils. I couldn't find my raspberry seed oil or I would have added that in as well as it's a high spf oil. I'm going to test it out today while preparing my vegetable garden for planting.

@Tara Campbell Absolutely!!!! The recipe is: 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 shea butter 1/4 apricot kernal oil ( can use a higher spf oil if available such as carrot or raspberry seed oil) 1.5 tbs beeswax 2 tbs non nano zinc oxide 8-10 drops of essential oil if desired (must be careful because some oils can make us more sensitive to sun)
