Where are you from? Central Florida What are you working on? I'm a wholesaler and we also will wholetail properties when it makes sense. What immediate help do you need? I'm lucky to live in FL bc getting government lists is very easy. I would like to find more sources for distressed data. I use REISift to manage my data. I'd like to learn more ways to use the data I have to find more distressed properties.

I'd like to tell you about a relatively unknown list that is available in Florida and might be available in your market too. Adverse Possession. This is where someone is trying to low key take over a property by maintaining it and maybe even occupying it. The house has usually been empty for a long time and the owner has given up on it. I can find adverse possession properties by requesting a list of properties that have had an application for adverse possession submitted against them. I get this from a county's property appraiser's office.
