Anyone Going to WebIT in Sofia, Bulgaria Next Week?

I did my MBA at the age of 60 and got acceptance for PhD but not perusing because I do not want to leave my full-time job and I unable to get in fully funded Ph.D

I'm a ChatGPT Plus member, and tried logging in but got the frustrating "at capacity right now" message. What am I doing wrong?
